2 Days Ago I Had And Echocardiogram. Ther Were 2

2 days ago I had and echocardiogram. Ther were 2 times the technician captured and measured the size of something on the screen. She also marked a wave or an auditory graphic sdisplay and measured it. Does this captured picture mean an anomonaly or dead spot? If so now what happens to me? I am 66, female, non-smoker, 5'6", about 155 pounds.
