2 Days Ago I Had Unprotected Sex And He Kept

2 days ago I had unprotected sex and he kept rubbing my clitoris , it was super swollen the next day and hurt to the touch.. The day after i noticed that there were 2 areas on clitoris that had broken skin with white/yellow skin over it.. Hurts to sit . Also discharge has been coming out smelly and kind of yellow, I just got treated for Chlymidia like 2 months ago.. What could this be? How can I get rid of the broken skin
