2 Days Ago My Vagina Sorta Stung When I Peed,

2 days ago my vagina sorta stung when I peed, today I put soap on it and it burns and my vagina lips burn and are red, I am very scared. I am not able to see a doctor or buy anything for it, I have put vitamin a&d ointment on my lips to help the redness and burning. please help
