2 Days Ago While On Vacation In Hawaii My Girlfriend

2 days ago while on vacation in Hawaii my girlfriend was hit in the eye brow. It was hard enough to make her cry but there were no other reactions (i.e. blackouts or dizziness) aside from a slight bump that appeared about 30 minutes after. Later that night she said she saw some horizontal lines but eas sure that they were not directly on her eye. She than saw flashes of light. The next day we went out snorkeling as she informed me she was okay. About an hour in she said she was becoming dizzy and slughtly nauseous so we returned home. We had asummed thst mayne she had a concussion, but the more i look into it the more i think it may just be heat exhalation or perhaps heat stroke, however it would not explain the flashes in her eye. She exhibits signs of both but im under the impression that the heat and physical excursion has done a number on her. My quesion is; could the impact to her eyebrow have a late reaction causing temporarily anomalies in her vision? She is very convinced she is concussed and i am inclined to agree only because of the vision problems.
Other symptoms she is exhibiting are

Tenseness/soreness in her neck

Swollen Lynphnodes

Lethargic mood

Slight confusing

Red flushed complexion that is not a sunburn

Sleepyness.

Swollen throat/trouble swollowing

All of these symptoms have lessened in the past 24 hours. However the neck pain and swollen throat and lymph nodes persist. I have read that the swollen throat is common with first time snorkelling.

I know we should go directly to a hospital but that is not something she is willing to do because it will cost a fortune and she thinks that if its a concussion there is nothing they will do.

Im hoping for feed back in the next 12 hours or so but would appreciate any when ever possible. Thank you
