2 Lumps On Forehead Above Each Eyebrow. Doesn’t Hurt &

2 lumps on forehead above each eyebrow. Doesn’t hurt & not hard. If skin above it is pushed it appears there is fluid in each one. Looking at forehead looks as if it’s a hickey but it’s not never hit head. What could this be and what type of Dr should be seen??
