2 or 3X a week there is some painful and large mass below the ear just at the corner of the jaw bone. this happens only in the morning, and gets better in 2 or 3 hours after i wake up. the mass is painful if you press lightly. it seems that the mass only presents itself on the side of my sleeping position, left or right. but also encountered both to be painful.
