2 Weeks Ago I Fell Over The Back Of A

2 weeks ago I fell over the back of a rocking chair it knocked the wind out of me and got black and blue but I still have pain in the one spot on the left side under my breast it hurts when I cough sneeze or when I breath or go to get up. could it be a hard bruise to the ribs or could they be fractured. I took tramadol but dose not seem to help and I can not take asprin or anything like that.
