2 Weeks Ago I Smoked Weed For The First Time

2 weeks ago I smoked weed for the first time in almost two years. It wasn't a lot. Two weeks later I smoked again, a little bit more this time. That last time was a week ago. I have not, since then, smoked anymore. I start a new job on monday. There have been no talks about a drug test or anything so I thought I was fine. It is, however in a doctors office, so I am unsure if they will test me my first day. If they do, would I be able to pass since I had only smoked twice?
