2 weeks ago had gallbladder surgery. Having no problems eating but watching my fat intake. My question is I need to loose 30 lbs and want to continue weight loss supplements TLS fat and carb inhibitor and Tonalin CLA Linoleic acid. Is ok to continue weight loss supplements. Thank you Barbara
