2 Weeks Ago, I Had An Overdose On Tylenol Pain

2 weeks ago, i had an overdose on tylenol pain relief and midol life brand. I took 3 pregnancy tests before the overdoes and they came back positive. Its been 2 weeks since the overdose and i had taken another pregnancy test last night it came back positive. Could i have had a misscariage? After a misscariage when does your hormones go back to normal? Could it be that the hormones arent back to normal that the test came back positive?
