2 Weeks Ago I Had Brown Spotting For A Few

2 weeks ago i had brown spotting for a few hours, for the past 3 days I have had lower abdominal cramping but I took an ept that came out negative. Period is due today or tomorrow but my usual period symptoms are way off. The cramps are very annoying now and I have never had a cramp before my period, usually only when I'm heavily bleeding.
