2 Weeks Ago My 4 Year Old Had High Fevers

2 weeks ago my 4 year old had high fevers for a week, many days of 104.5 temps. strep neg, u/a neg. flu neg. cbc showed wbc 4.2, mono 56%. one dr said "may be ear infection". no other s/s from child, no complaints. given amox bidX10days. no more fever. this week new onset nose bleeds daily lasting over 25min. 3 bleeds today alone. child is 1/2 filipino, 1/2 white. at end of md apt dr throws out the statement "well, I dont think its Kawasaki dz". Now im concerned.
