2 Year Old Daughter Had Impetigo, Finished Oral Antibiotic, And

2 year old daughter had impetigo, finished oral antibiotic, and next night fingertips were blistering but no liquid, a night after that skin peeling/ hanging on thumbs. 3rd night since finishing med had blistering on all fingertips, looks like sides of big toes will soon too. What is the likely cause? I've read some scary possibilities. Our ped advised to try neosporin, unless it worsens or unless fever/ rash appear. So far no fever and no rash with th le peeling. Behavior and eating normal so far. No diarrhea. Night 5, thought peeling was isolated to fingertips and no worse, been using bacitracin, but tonight her fingers are showing signs of redness, back of left hand too.
