2 Years Ago I Got Cataracts Surgery, Left Eye Lense

2 years ago I got cataracts surgery, left eye lense for reading and computer work and right eye lense for distance, one week later my eye right eye lost a lot of vision, I saw specialists for the back of my eye and nerve specialist everything is fine, could there be a problem with my right lense, I always got the feeling that my right lense is too big for my eye. What is my next step?
