2 Years Ago I Had A Titanium Cage Put Around

2 years ago I had a titanium cage put around my spine from L2-S1 I was totally down for 3 months and now I can not walk more than 1/2 block without being in pain. I have gained 30 lbs and can not loose the weight. I have had a colonoscopy and an upper gi and a chemical stress test done and the only thing that was wrong was my heart is pumping my blood into my veins twice and only pumping it once going into my heart. I have the following other medical problems: diabetes type 2, fms, chronic pain, tos, have pins in my left ankle due to a broken leg that snapped the inside bone and shattered the outside bone for which they put a plate and six pins into the area (since have been removed) except the two pins holding the ankle pivot bones in tact. Also IBS-D. Any suggestions on how to fix all of this or any of this?
