2 Years Ago A Doctor Took An X-ray And Found

2 years ago a doctor took an x-ray and found a hernia with fat in it. i didn't think much of it until in the last 3 to 4 months. i have been getting a discomfortable dull aching with a feeling of pressure in the hernia area with a lot of gas when i eat and/or have bowel movements. when i lay on the side with the hernia in bead it is uncomfortable and the pressure makes me have a bowel movement
