2 Years Ago My Ecg Showed LVH With Strain But

2 years ago my ecg showed LVH with strain but on echo septal thickness was 12mm.my cardiologist said it was HCM.i also have some palpitation and anxiety issue. my T4 level is at upper limit.last week i did another ecg which comes out T inversion in lead 3 & avf but no LVH.so i consulted with another cardiologist he did an echo which was normal and said i have no hcm.now i m confused is it hcm or whar?
