2 Yrs Ago My Gyn Thought I Had IC. Not

2 yrs ago my gyn thought I had IC. Not too many flare ups until this Aug.when eating too many tomatoes. So I stopped eating acid foods and it did help some. But I went to my family doc. a few wks ago and he gave me over active bladder meds. which didn't do alot. Now 3wks ago I had a pelvic exam and that hurt really bad and has left me with lots of pain. Can this still be IC or Pelvic Floor Pain?
