2 Yrs Later I Got My First Pregnancy And Unfortunately

2 yrs later I got my first pregnancy and unfortunately an abortion done in OT due to no embryo there.In June 2013 I had HSG and found rt fallopian tube has little curly.last Month I had IUI with good follicles and satified sperm report.This month I had negative and my doctor suggest to doing Hysterolaproscopy for treatment of tubes.I want to know it has any chances to got pregnant after OT and has any risk factor
