20 Day Old Baby Developing Her First Cold. I've Suctioned

20 day old baby developing her first cold. I've suctioned thick yellow mucous from her nose a few times tonight. She's woken up twice now with bubbles/foaming at the mouth with gagging and is very upset. I suctioned her nose and inside her mouth and she calmed down and after sneezing out some more mucous she is breathing through her nose without sounds of congestion. Nursing has been difficult though, seems like she wants to latch on till it's in her mouth and she either pulls away or drinks briefly with a shallow latch and is sucking in a lot of air then spitting up so I'm burping her like crazy.
Basically is this all related to her cold and should I just keep watching her or do I take her to the hospital to be checked? If it's not related am I dealing with a cold and new onset reflux? The latching issue has been off and on for about 2 days, the congestion started this evening. She's always had small amounts of bubbling at the mouth when she's hungry but not this severe and the gagging with distress is new which makes me the most nervous.
Thank you for your input
