20 Year Old Female. For Years Now Ive Noticed That

20 year old female. for years now ive noticed that on my left nipple i have these clear/skin coloured tiny bumps kind of resembling blisters all over the protruding part of my nipple. ive now noticed that it is now on my right nipple. it doesnt hurt, there's a slight tingling sensitivity especially when something rubs over them. i get cold sores so ive been really scared that that is what this is as i have seen online forums about herpes on nipples
