20 year old female patient post two laparoscopic surgeries for endometriosis within a month is now suffering mucosal edema of right lower ureter at VUJ causing partial obstruction and mild hydroureternephrosis, Increasingly dense nephrogram shows delayed pyelogram of right kidney. CT Contrast Scan revealed. This happened after the two laparscopic surgeries. She had no kidney or urinary problems before. How could this have happened within 3 weeks post surgery?
