20 Year Old Male Here. Had A Weird Sharp Pain

20 year old male here. had a weird sharp pain in chest along with a weird dull sensation in the top of my arm around the shoulder area. This all lasted about 15 seconds give or take. should i be worried? i was watching tv sitting when this happened by the way.
