2011 I Was Injured...2012 I Was Diagnosis With LUMBOSACRAL SPONDYLOSIS

2011 i was injured...2012 i was diagnosis with LUMBOSACRAL SPONDYLOSIS and DISPLACED LUMBAR INTERVERT. Since I have done injections, therapy, and seen 3 surgeons; which all said i would need surgery. I didnt want to do that since i was only 22 years old...as the years have gone by I have been injured a few other times mainly falls down stairs and such. For the last year 2015-now I have now had pain on my right and Left side. My right side started off as my only issue and now im experiencing the same pain on the left...along with loss of my bladder. the bladder issue is starting to become uncontrollable. I havent mentioned anything to my doctor bc i dont want to have surgery now either im only 26. Is this something that I should take more serious or just continue taking my pain meds and injections and do more therapy. My pain doctor told me back in Aug of 2015 that a current mri showed things had gotten a bit more worse and referred me to another surgeon(he also stated that they may not be able to fix it now that it has progressed) but I still havent made the appointment. I just want to make sure i have viewed ALL OF MY OPTIONS.
