2015 MRI States An Increase In Size Of A Focal

2015 MRI states an increase in size of a focal right paracentral disc protrusion at L5-S1 with apparent displacement of the right S1 root since an MRI was done in 2010. I have been having right side aches for several years that are hard to treat as the symptoms are fague. Just recently had left piriformous gluteal muscle spasms for 5 days and now am having right knee problems. What gives?
