2017 I Went To My Doctor. She's New In This

2017 I went to my doctor. She's new in this feild. Please note I've had many otoscope examined in my ear. Never ever had a bad experience.
She put otoscope very pointy end I remember deep in my ear and I got startled which made me move suddenly and otoscope went deeper. The otoscope hit something in my left ear that completely put me off balance.

Next day at work I was walking with one head on the sideways tilted. And I felt way of balance. Couldn't walk correctly. Felt my memory worsening day by day. Tingling feeling in my left ear every few days. I'm not getting any signal from my left side face to my left brain to my left back spine and left hearing loss. I can feel something in my left ear that there is somekind of big hole but it is not the eardrum. It is near there. But not that. So I'm having very bad numerological issues. And my head is tilted. Feels like some ligament or nerve that connects from back ear to neck is gone. Ive also lost high pitch singing. I'm a singer and I can't sing anymore after this incident. I can only sing very low pitch. Please help me
