20m/o Has What Appears To Be Poison Ivy/oak. Can't Seem

20m/o has what appears to be poison ivy/oak. Can't seem to get him comfortable. It's in random places including his lips. Treating with benadryl and ibuprophen. We also did a salt bath/oatmeal bath. Should we be airing it out as much as possible? Any thoughts on how to get him comfortable?
