20yo Female. Very Painful Dull Ache/cramping At Almost The Lowest

20yo female. Very painful dull ache/cramping at almost the lowest part of abdomen, slightly left of centre (not related to menstruation, period was last week). The pain extends into my vagina which I'm sure is coming from my urethra. No stinging when peeing but the ache worsens. The pain is too intense for me to sleep.
