21 Year Old Female, Last Period Was Over A Month

21 year old female, last period was over a month late and lasted 10 days, usually lasting 4. Abnormally light flow the entire time. Over a week later still have random spotting, once was the amount similar to the beginning of the period and a very dark red, most recent was similar to the beginning (a good amount) of the period, bright red.
