21 Year Old Male, In The Shaft Of My Penis

21 year old male, in the shaft of my penis towards the top there's a hard almost pentagon shape object it feels like a rock or something else similar, I was wondering if someone could shed some light on what this could possibly be, before I see a doctor in person any help would be greatly appreciated.
