22 Y/o Women Experiencing Slight To Moderate Lower Abdominal Pain.

22 y/o women experiencing slight to moderate lower abdominal pain. a much larger amount of discharge than normal for myself personally, smells sour like eggs this issue seems to come and go.Not sure if it is related but recently i always feel hot,and I had a rash on my inner elbow that looked like poision ivy.I was checked a while back for a few stds, and I was negative for what the planned parenthood staff checked for.I haven't had a pap exan in a few years from not being able to afford healthcare. there is a history of twisted tubes,failed pregnancies and infertility in my family. my blood type is o negative.I have one partner only. please any information would be great.
