22 Year Old Grandson Has An Uncomfortable Rash On Left

22 year old grandson has an uncomfortable rash on left side under the rib cage; two little dots but it's painful from front around to the back. He had a chicken pox vaccine a couple of weeks ago. No other symptoms. (this is the second time he's had the vaccine because the first one when he was little did not take.)
