22y.o. Female, Ongoing G. I. /Bowel Related Issues For The

22y.o. Female, ongoing G. I. /Bowel related issues for the past 10+ years without MD care/treatment for symptoms or investigating source of problem. My mother chalked it up to likely IBS due to chronic issues with bloating, gas, and back and forth between constipation and diarrhea. Any symptoms experienced from a young age were dismissed by my parents, and I was left to just accept bowel habits and discomfort as my "norm". Flash forward to 2012 to present day, my symptoms have gotten worse, and chronically at times, have completely gone awry. My "norm" consists of the constipation and diarrhea I was used to but now my bowel habits have changed a lot. I go between "going" several times a day, to complete impaction. My diet has not changed any within this time period, I generally eat healthy, my weight is considered healthy for my height (bmi wise), and aside from taking medications for major depressive disorder and anxiety/stress, and adult onset ADHD, and I gave birth in 2013. Nothing has really changed aside from my bodily functions. I get tons of random little bruises of different colors, sizes, ages all over my body, I'm extremely fatigued regardless of how well I sleep, I consistently get abdominal pain just under my ribs down to my pelvis, and I'm nearly always feeling bloated. Anymore I don't feel my bowels move like they should, if really at all. When I do use the restroom I feel like I never fully empty my bowels. My stools have changed and always consist of varying levels of blood, mucous, and now it doesn't appear I'm breaking down food as well? I've also noticed tiny little white round ball shaped things in my stool, every bowel movement. I'm curious about those too, unsure if they are just from my medications or something else? Primarily, I'd like to know about possible causes for the more severe symptoms I've had. I have vomited more than ever in my entire life the past few months. I never once even vomited during pregnancy! Once the vomit consisted of blood.. I also experienced a large consistency of deep maroon colored blood with a few bowel movements (on multiple different occasions). Needless to say, I'm terrified. My gynecologist was who I spoke to about the issue at my annual, given my comfort with her after aiding with my pregnancy and birth of my child. She referred me to see a specialist with colon and rectal symptoms. I was told given my family history of cancers and even G.I. cancers (colon being one) she thought it best to be checked out. Is there anyone who could PLEASE help/explain what might possibly be going on? Or at least advice that I may be able to speak to the specialist about? Also what should I expect at the initial visit? I'm concerned as I'm not so comfortable stripping down for a doctor I don't even know and have never seen before..
