24 hours ago I had puncture wounds on my hand from spiny sea life covering a rock in tropical waters of Cabo san Lucas with 86 degree water. I tried to get the spins out as best I could and soaked it in hydrogen peroxide and later warm water. my hand has swollen up and it is very painful
