2.5 Year Old 7 Days S/p Tonsilectomy/adenoidectomy. Not Eating Hardly

2.5 year old 7 days s/p tonsilectomy/adenoidectomy. Not eating hardly anything in the last 2 days however drinking some. c/o severe abdominal pain in 20-30 min episodes multiple times a day for last 2 days. Green diarrhea started today with the screaming in pain. Taking Norco for pain as well as 8.5g for miralax started yesterday for constipation. Is this normal?
