26 Yrs. Ago I Was Rear Ended In A Violent

26 yrs. ago I was rear ended in a violent MVA, I suffered L4, l5 & S1 herniation. My life has been very difficult & painful. I have has PT, Steroid injections, braces & Narco.
Now I am 61 what are my options if I can have surgery for after care since I live alone?
