27 Year Old With Missing Periods After Taking Medication For Delaying Menstruation. USG Report Shows Bulky Uterus

Hello sir, I m 27 yrs old...I got my last periods on Oct 27th...:after dat I had to take periods delaying tablets for 7 days from 22 nd Nov to 27th of Nov....but till nw I haven t got my periods... USG report says my right ovary is quite bulky nd dat m neither pregnant...I always used to have regular menstruation .....Plz help....!!!!
