27 Yr Old Female, Very Uncomfortable Stomach Ache, No Vomiting,

27 yr old female, very uncomfortable stomach ache, no vomiting, feel bloated but gas won't expell, my earlier bowel movement was bloody...but unsure if my rectum bled because of hard fecal matter...then the bowel movement became softer. Ginger tea seemed to help. I don't have fever. My belly seems distended.
Just now went to bathroom and no blood. Feel weak.
