27years Female, Married
Case Chronology:
1.     In 2010 undergone Appendix operation (Laparoscopy method).
2.     Married on Feb 2014.
3.     First 3 months suffered from Vaginal Infection (treated by local gynecologist) Treated by painting method and antibacterial / antifungal medicines.
4.     After that the issue was resolved.
5.     November 2015 the period got delayed by 5 days, done a home pregnancy test but was negative.
6.     Severe pain was felt during the flows when the period arrived
7.     Small cyst was seen which was not seen after few days of medications.
8.     Since then during every cycle severe pain in lower abdomen is felt.
9.     And from February 2016 on 13th & 14th day severe pain is felt in lower abdomen mostly on the left side and a sometimes on the right side.
10.     Scan does not shows anything and local gynecologist says this is normal ovulation pain.
But I don’t feel this is normal, before November I never use to get any pains on flow days neither the 15th day pain.
Please advise
