29 Y/o Female W/ H/o Recurrent Bilateral Shoulder Instability. Surgical
29 y/o female w/ h/o recurrent bilateral shoulder instability. Surgical repair of L shoulder 01/17/2012. Inconsistent moderate pain felt in L clavicle, particularly when breathing deeply. Note, shoulder/arm receives heavy use due to shoulder reconstruction procedure to R shoulder 4/01/2016 and pt hasn't regained use of R arm.
