2yrs Ago Had Total Thyroidectomy (stage 3 Cancer). For Last

2yrs ago had total thyroidectomy (stage 3 cancer). For last week i have extreme pain on right side (node), hard time swallowing, a tender stomach which now I have umbilical hernia (went to ER a month ago for), not to mention itchiness on stomach now. My right arm (in elbow especially) has been painful for last 2 months; I can't even pick up gallon of milk. Is there any possibility all this is related? I've suffered from extreme fatigue as well, along with night sweats.
