3/4 Days Ago I Had A Lump Form To The

3/4 days ago I had a lump form to the left of my clitours. It is fleshy colored, not painful unless I start to examine it. After that it gets swollen. From pictures online it doesn't look like herpes,syphilis or warts. I had my first female ejaculation 5/6 days ago. Would this have caused it.
