3 Days Ago I Had Been Asked To Try Snorting

3 days ago I had been asked to try snorting meth and it was just a line. The next day I went to the bathroom and noticed I couldn't get an erection. I have tried staying away from the stuff since and I have been drinking alot of water here lately. Is this permanent or can it go away and I have my life back the way it was 4 days ago. Plz idk if i can stand having my life or penis like this and I'm needing help.
