3 Days Ago I Went Numb On My Left Upper

3 days ago I went numb on my left upper & lower lips, then my thumb & fingers on my left hand then my left forearm. I got feeling back in each part before it went to the next part. Then I couldn''t focus with my left eye. This all lasted about 15 minutes. No pain anywhere. Then 2 days ago I had a bad migraine headache. The top of my head hurt and my right side of my neck starting at my ear hurt so bad that I couldn't move my head. Then yesterday I was fine. Today my right cheek feels funny, right side of neck hurts, and I feel like I keep having little bursts in my cheek ( can't explain it). Should I be worried. I don't think it's a stroke & I don't seem to have any chest pains.
