3 Days Ago I Fell Down Stairs And Landed On

3 days ago i fell down stairs and landed on my face. As a result i suffered front teeth fractures, severely chipped my teeth and saw an emergency dentist within 8 hours of the incident. they took X-rays to look at teeth and gave they gave me meds to reduce any infection, however never went to the emergency room to check on a concussion. I do not have any symptoms such as headache, vomiting, broken nose. but today i woke up and my eyelids are swollen a bit and my chest hurts a little. Is this indication of a concussion or just soreness from fall?
