3 Days Ago I Woke Up N Cant Turn My

3 days ago i woke up n cant turn my neck it hurt really bad i felt a golf ball lump on the leftside of neck by tge adams apple it is very tender to the touch ive been feeling weak n been sleeping allot now my blood pressure has been elevated when im hyperglycemia never had high blood pressure just overall feel crapy what is this in my neck?
