3 Days Ago When I Was Drunk I Got Into

3 days ago when i was drunk i got into a fight with my boy friend. we struggled and i was strangled to the point that my bladder let go. i didnt go out, but i ended up with an injured right ear, right black eye and blood in both eyes. also brusing on neck, face.. I still have a pressure kinda headache that seems to come and go.. I plan on getting checked in the next day or so, but was concerned..
