3 Times In The Last 6 Months When Trying To

3 times in the last 6 months when trying to fall asleep I have what feels like a "lightning bolt" going through my brain right before sleep. No pain, just like a shock through my brain. I am 64 years old, female. It seems to shock me, I always jump. Should I be concerned ? Thank you.
