3 Weeks Ago, I Noticed Some Aching Pain On My

3 weeks ago, I noticed some aching pain on my right back side, where my kidney is. I went to urgent care and they told me that my tribe was clear, no infection. The next week it got so bad that I went to the ER. They did a ct scan to check for stones, but saw nothing. The dr said that I had a very slight amount of blood in my urine, but that he wouldn't worry about it. The pain comes and goes daily. Some days are better than others, but now there are small white flakes in my urine. I can sometimes feel a pain going from my kidney down to my bladder, but no typical bladder infection pain. I have no fever or other issues.
