3 Weeks Ago Had A Surgery To Remove Both Ovaries

3 weeks ago had a surgery to remove both ovaries and Fallopian tubes due to cyst no cancer. I had 2 UTIs before surgery I already took antibiotics for another one after surgery and I know I have it again,also bloating. bowel movement are 5 out of seven days but very painful for my hemaroid that is consistently here since May on/off but more on.
